Signs a Felt Flat Roof Is Failing

GRP is the most durable domestic flat roof material. Failures when they do occur are almost always at details rather than the field of the membrane.
- Crazing of the surface gelcoat: fine surface cracking that does not penetrate to the laminate below. This is a cosmetic issue that can be re-gelcoated without replacing the membrane.
